Our Silver Package is designed for couples who need professional coordination to ensure a seamless and stress-free wedding day. This package includes comprehensive support for both your ceremony and reception, as well as vendor management and limited pre-event planning.

Includes:

Rehearsal Coordination & Wedding Day Coordination:
*Develop a detailed Wedding Day Schedule prior to the event
*Guide the wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone understands their roles
*Communicate the wedding schedule and details to vendors before the event

Wedding Day:
*Manage all vendors (décor, photographer, videographer, etc.) throughout the day
*Review the schedule with the vendors to ensure smooth transitions
*Receive and organize escort cards, guest book, personal items, and other important details
*Conduct a final setup inspection to ensure everything is in place
*Distribute flowers to the bridal party and honored guests
*Coordinate with the photographer for the First Look
*Direct the bridal party and ensure proper placement for the ceremony
*Work with musicians/DJ for proper cueing during the ceremony and reception
*Manage wedding party and honored guest lineup and placement
*Ensure the ceremony and reception start on time
*Oversee the event timeline, including cocktail hour, grand entrance, first dance, toasts, etc
*Provide seating chart assistance and guest support as needed
*Coordinate the transportation of gifts and personal items at the end of the event

Additional Services:
*Unlimited communication beginning 3-4 months prior to the wedding day
*Three virtual meetings to discuss wedding details and finalize logistics
*6 hours of on-site wedding day coordination
*Access to additional vendors as needed
