Rehearsal Coordination
Wedding Coordination
Ceremony:
* Distribute flowers to bridal party & honorable guests
* Coordinate with Photographer for First Look
* Ensure ceremony starts on time
* Ensure Bridal Party is in the right place
* Coordinate with Musicians for Ceremony
* Cue Ceremony
* Wedding Party & Honorable Guest Line Up/Placement
* Receive personal items for ceremony/reception (i.e. escort cards, guest book, items for photographer)
* Final inspection of setup to ensure everything is where discussed


Reception:
* Managing timing of event to include cocktail hour/grand entrance/first dance/toasts/etc.
* Seating Chart and Guest Assistance as needed
* Review timetable with DJ/photographer/videographer
* Cue Music/etc. at the appropriate time
* Coordinate transport of gifts/personal items

*Manage all vendors (decor, photographer, videographer, entertainment, etc.)
*Creation of Wedding Day Schedule
*Limited assistance with wedding day plans
Unlimited communication 3-4 months from the wedding day
*Three virtual meetings
*6 hours of wedding day service
*Access to additional vendors


Vendor Selection
*We will handle the search for all vendors within a given budget
*Once the search is complete, we will provide a spreadsheet with price breakdown and vendor information for the client to make the final decision
*We will provide assistance with reviewing contracts + final booking
