WHAT IS A DAY OF COORDINATOR?
A Day of Coordinator is the person in charge of ensuring that your event/or wedding day runs smoothly. They manage your vendors, wedding timeline, and any last-minute challenges so that the bridal party and family can relax and enjoy the big day.
WHAT IS THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN A WEDDING PLANNER AND A DAY OF COORDINATOR?
Wedding planners work with you from start to finish, organizing every detail of your special day. The cost of hiring a Wedding Planner can be significantly higher. Day of Coordinators work with you a month or two before your wedding to ensure that your plans run smoothly and typically cost less.
CAN A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER BE MY DAY OF COORDINATOR?
Keep in mind that your family and friends are your guests! You want them to be able to relax and enjoy your wedding without being required to work. Not to mention that the majority of volunteers have no prior experience in the role of Day of Coordinator. They frequently become overwhelmed as they attempt to stay on top of everything that needs to be done to ensure that the day runs smoothly.
WHAT IF I ONLY NEED HELP WITH ONE ASPECT OF MY WEDDING OR EVENT AND NOT THE ENTIRE EVENT?
